Of what i think, this quote means taking things in an easier way round, to take things in a positive way round. I really get it, ignoring the negativity of anything is maybe just as tough as ignoring Donald Trump or even DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES but we just have to try, it takes a hell lot of a time to change your thinking order, to change the way you look at things. 

Honestly speaking, for me taking things in a positive way is very very very tough. I am prone to see only the bad part of everything and so are most of us. Our thinking schemes have so much of issue with them that we just cant help it. What we must certainly need is to breathe and relax and look at the situation in a very calm and silent way. Maybe the silent way of looking at issues make us only notice the positivism of the matter.

Basically: Calmness and silence can solve issues better and make you deal with them in a way more beneficial way.
